I had a massage with Heather yesterday in my home. First off she was on time which already was impressive because pretty much everyone gets lost coming here. Next, she is so informative. She explained more in depth about her specific techniques as we discussed my issues. I felt so comfortable and even tho I was nervous to have a sort of deep tissue/myofascial massage it actually was much more pleasant that I expected it to be. At some points I found myself drifting off. The whole massage itself was great but when I was actually up and about afterwards it was the best for me because my range of motion in my shoulders, specifically my injured shoulder, and my legs was absolutely amazing. I wanted to cry. Not being dramatic at all. I was genuinely shocked at how different I felt. I didn’t realize my body was that locked up. She did an amazing job and I’ve already rebooked and can’t wait for the next one! Day 2 I am just a tiny bit sore but I drank a ton of water yesterday and I woke up feeling so great. I never wake up like this bc usually I’m in so much pain I just want to sleep late. Today I’m up and ready for the day!!!!! So happy I found Heather!!!

How much time do you have and where can I start ? Everything you could think of from punctuality and cleanliness, to technical precision and her personable bedside manner is a 10/10, 5 stars, unmatched, cannot recommend fast enough! Everything was sterile and conveniently set up in your own home, and it doesn’t get much more relaxing than her music, hot stones, and choice of eucalyptus or lavender oil! And the massage itself ? Friends, do yourself a favor and book you and your loved ones a massage with Heather, her hype is seriously well earned! This mama has a passion for her career with unmatched talent to boot. I HAVE A NECK AGAIN!!! My shoulders have returned to where they should be (which, as it turns out, shouldn’t be by your ear lobes) ! FAQ's
What are your rates?
My studio rates are $170 for 90 minutes and $200 for 2 hours. My mobile rates depend on travel time.
What are your hours?
I work Tuesday through Sunday. I start my first appointment at 10am and I start my last appointment at 6pm.
Do you have a studio?
Yes, I have 2 locations. I'm in Catonsville on Thursdays & Saturdays. I'm in Crofton on Tuesdays, Fridays & Sundays
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits are required for EVERY service. Deposits vary depending on service location. Deposits are non refundable and are good for only 1 reschedule.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo and all major credit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must give me 48 hours notice to cancel. This gives me time to fill the slot. If less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full amount of the session. If you do a No call/No show, you will be responsible for the full amount of the session.
Why didn't you offer me a 60 minute session?
I don't offer 60 minute sessions because my work is concentrated on the problem areas and I don't get much done in 60 minutes. I typically, don't do full body massages.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, I offer discounts to groups of 4 or more.
I'd like to schedule a spa party or couples massage. Do you have a partner?
Yes, I have a partner.
Are you accepting any new mobile clients?
Yes, I'm always accepting new mobile clients but please DO NOT book online. Contact me to schedule.
How do I book?
Online booking is only for studio appointments and is available through my IG page @tranquilitybyheather and my website.
