DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

To protect my time and ensure fairness to all clients, please review the following policies:

• Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. They will go towards your session or be forfeited in the event of cancelation.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling:
You may modify or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Changes made after the 48-hour window will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

• No-Call / No-Show:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment and do not communicate will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

SICK POLICY

Your health — and mine — is a priority. If you feel even the slightest bit sick, or if you’re unsure whether your symptoms are due to allergies or something else, please contact me immediately to reschedule.

I work in close physical contact with clients, and keeping the treatment space safe is essential. I appreciate your honesty and communication so we can keep everyone healthy.

Inclement Weather Policy

Your safety is my priority. In the event of snow or severe weather, I will determine the night before or the morning of whether the business will remain open or close.

If I decide to close due to weather conditions, all appointments will be rescheduled without penalty. If the business remains open and you feel unsafe traveling, please contact me as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.
